Structure:

flexiso® dmd fi 14010 is a flexible three-layer material consisting of one layer of polyester film laminated on both sides with one layer each of polyester nonwoven and impregnated with a high temperature resistant resin.

Property:

flexiso® dmd fi 14010 is characterized by very good electrical and mechanical properties, as well as low moisture absorption and good chemical resistance. Due to the smooth surface, the material can also be optimally processed on automatic drawing-in machines and demonstrates very good adhesion properties to impregnating and trickling resins. flexiso® dmd fi 14010 is used in applications of insulation class f (155°C).

Application:

flexiso® dmd fi 14010 is used, for example, in electric motor construction as slot and phase insulation, cover slides and intermediate layers and in transformer construction as layer insulation and as an insulating layer in various electrical devices.

Storage conditions:

flexiso® dmd fi 14010 can be stored indefinitely under normal conditions (20°C, 50% r. f.). The material should be protected from moisture, dryness and direct sunlight and UV radiation as well as any exposure to heat.
