835 Rosin Flux

Rosin flux 835 contains a rosin-activated flux type ra, which consists of pure water white (ww). Gum Resin. It is a unique solvent system that contains very effective activators. The superior flux remains consistent throughout the aeration process.

The 835 provides fast wetting action and meets all requirements for rom1 type flux as per j-std-004. Application The rosin flux is designed for leaded and lead-free chemicals. Excellent for prototyping and rework/repair on printed circuit boards. Works well on chip carriers, heat sinks, surface mount device pads, switches, and sockets.
