8341 No-clean Flux Paste is designed for lead-free alloys, but also works well with conventional lead-based solders. This tacky flux uses a blend of rosin, thickener and high quality synthetic refined resin. The flux provides fast and widespread wetting during soldering and leaves a non-conductive and non-sticky residue.

Applications and Uses

Flux 8341 is used to touch up, repair or rework surface mount assemblies. 8341 is reflowable in air or nitrogen. It can be used with profiles with a maximum peak of 270 ° c and reflow times between 30 and 90 seconds.
