419d Overcoat Pen

Our 419d Overcoat-Pen is a solder resist that is fast drying and free of xylene and toluene. The pen provides an excellent finish in multiple colors. They are ideal for high moisture environments and applications requiring easy repair and rework.

Applications and Uses

The 419d pen protects the area of a PCB from solder removal and helps to confine solder to the intended areas. This prevents the formation of unintended solder bridges that could cause short circuits.

It also protects electrical circuits from moisture, dirt, dust, thermal shock and scratches that could corrode or otherwise damage electrical components. It insulates against high-voltage arcing, short circuits, and static discharges.
