Structure:

Flexiso® nthn fi 15065 is a flexible three-layer material consisting of a Norton film laminated on both sides with calendered aramid paper. Flexiso® nthn fi 15065 is used for applications up to and including 180°C.

Property:

Flexiso® nthn fi 15065 is a sheet insulation material with excellent long-term thermal performance, combined with very good mechanical properties, such as tensile strength and edge tear strength, and high dielectric strength. In addition, Flexiso® nthn fi 15065 has a smooth surface and can therefore be processed well in fully automated production lines.

Application:

Flexiso® nthn fi 15065 is mainly used in electrical engineering as slot insulation and cover slides for motors with the highest thermal requirements. Furthermore, Flexiso® nthn fi 15065 is used in various areas of electrical engineering.

We also supply stamped parts made of Flexiso® nthn fi 15065 as well as moulded parts made of Flexiso® nthn fi 15065. If the desired dimension is not included, please write us a message.

Storage conditions:

Flexiso® nthn fi 15065 can be stored indefinitely under normal conditions (20° c, 50 % r. f.). The material should be protected from moisture, dryness and direct sunlight and UV radiation as well as any exposure to heat.
