Structure:

Flexiso® nm 8 fi 14021 is a flexible two-layer material consisting of a polyester film laminated on one side with calendered aramid paper of thickness 80 µm. Flexiso® nm 8 fi 14021 is used for applications up to and including 155°C.

Property:

Flexiso® nm 8 fi 14021 is a sheet insulation material with particularly good mechanical properties, such as tensile strength and edge tear resistance combined with high dielectric strength. In addition, Flexiso® nm 8 fi 14021 has a smooth surface and can therefore be processed well in fully automated production lines.

Application:

Flexiso® nm 8 fi 14021 is mainly used in electric motors as slot insulation and deck sliders. In transformer construction, Flexiso® nm 8 fi 14021 is processed as layer insulation.

Storage conditions:

Flexiso® nm 8 fi 14021 can be stored indefinitely under normal conditions (20°C, 50% r. f.). The material should be protected from moisture, dryness and direct sunlight and UV radiation as well as any exposure to heat.
