Structure:

Flexiso® Prp fi 13032 is a three-layer insulation made of high-grade pressboard with a polyester film layer on both sides for insulation class b. Flexiso® Prp fi 13032 can be used wherever a particularly smooth surface is required for thicker materials or where moisture influences prohibit the use of external pressboard.

With Flexiso® Prp fi 13032, it must be noted that the polyester film is not protected against the effects of hydrolysis and oxidation, as well as mechanical damage, and impregnating agents adhere less well to both sides of the film.

Property:

Flexiso® rp fi 13032 has a press-applied structure that has good absorption capacity for impregnating varnishes as well as impregnating and trickling resins of all insulation classes and is characterized by good bonding of all winding components. Furthermore, Flexiso® rp fi 13032 has a smooth surface and excels in machine processability.

Application:

Flexiso® rp fi 13032 is used as slot insulation, slot closure and layer insulation (for winding head and phase insulation).

Storage conditions:

Flexiso® rp fi 13032 can be stored indefinitely under normal conditions (20°C, 50% relative humidity) in its original packaging. The material should be protected from moisture, dryness and direct sunlight and uv radiation as well as any heat exposure
