Structure:

Flexiso® nkn fi 15070 is a flexible three-layer material consisting of a Kapton film laminated on both sides with calendered aramid paper. Flexiso® nkn fi 15070 is used for applications up to and including 180°C.

Property:

Flexiso® nkn fi 15070 is a sheet insulation material with excellent long-term thermal performance, combined with very good mechanical properties, such as tensile strength and edge tear strength, and high dielectric strength. In addition, Flexiso® nkn fi 15070 has a smooth surface and can therefore be processed well in fully automated production lines.

Application:

Flexiso® nkn fi 15070 is mainly used in electrical engineering as slot insulation and cover slides for motors with the highest thermal requirements. Furthermore, Flexiso® nkn fi 15070 is used in various areas of electrical engineering.

Storage conditions:

Flexiso® nkn fi 15070 can be stored indefinitely under normal conditions (20° c, 50 % r. f. ). The material should be protected from moisture, dryness and direct sunlight and UV radiation as well as any exposure to heat.
