Flexiso® nm 5 fi 14020
Structure:
Flexiso® nm 5 fi 14020 is a flexible two-layer material consisting of a polyethylene film laminated on one side with calendered aramid paper of thickness 50 µm. Flexiso® nm 5 fi 14020 is used for applications up to and including 155°C.
Properties:
Flexiso® nm 5 fi 14020 is a sheet insulation material with particularly good mechanical properties, such as tensile strength and edge tear resistance combined with high dielectric strength. In addition, Flexiso® nm 5 fi 14020 has a smooth surface and can therefore be processed well in fully automated production lines.
Application:
Flexiso® nm 5 fi 14020 is mainly used in electric motors as slot insulation and deck sliders. In transformer construction, Flexiso® nm 5 fi 14020 is processed as layer insulation.
