Flexiso® bt fi 16070 is a thermoformable polyimide film.
Properties:
Flexiso® bt fi 16070, a formable polyimide film, has good stretchability at elevated temperatures while maintaining a combination of excellent physical, electrical and mechanical properties. This property enables the production of thermoformed parts. Finished parts exhibit excellent dimensional stability and minimal shrinkage.
Application:
Flexiso® bt fi 16070 is used for a wide range of insulation applications in electrical engineering and electronics, e.g. for insulation of windings, slot insulation for electric motors, transformer and capacitor insulation and in the manufacture of loudspeaker diaphragms and switches.
